A dynamic and experienced APDP professional from a manufacturing company is ideal. The successful applicant will be responsible for ITAC requirements for all the Plants.

Key Responsibilities:

APDP declarations

  • Timeous completion and upload of imports & local supplier declarations into IRS system.
  • Handling queries from OEM’s and other customers i.r.o C2 & SMD declarations.
  • Responsible for C2 & SMD declarations at all Plants.
  • Timeous completion and submission of C2 & SMD declarations to the OEM’s and other customers.
  • Upload of customer worksheet i.r.o C2 & SMD declarations into BMAI system & supplier portal.
  • Preparation, co-ordination and over-seeing external audit of yearly C2 declarations.

CUSTOMS

  • Manage application and amendments to Rebate Item 316.11.
  • Manage and assist Customs with audits on importation of goods when needed.
  • Manage application for Deferment accounts.
  • Manage the creation of freight forwarders EDI profile ( Digital Certificate ) for clearing purposes.
  • Manage all other customs requirements ( import permits for used machines , accreditation )

Other

  • Maintain Import register regarding tariff codes for all Plants.
  • Assist freight forwarder with Tariff Headings on imports.
  • Assist with various other tasks as and when required.

Education:

The successful applicant will be requried to assist with managing the operational objectives of the area. Must have at least 4 years’ experience in operational or management activities.
